The Steamrunner-class is a heavily armored patrol/scout/escort vessel, designed to take on any enemy or pirate vessels that may infringe on its mission.
History
The current Steamrunner-class vessels are a remodel of an earlier design utilized by Starfleet in the late 24th century. Updated and configured with all the latest equipment, this vessel should prove to be an added asset to Starfleet's armada.
