The Valdres-class is an updated version of the Norway-class from the previous century. This new class of vessel is slated to become the primary vessel class used by the Starfleet Corps of Engineers. The vessel has significant fabrication facilities, and the ability to tow vessels much larger than itself through utilization of a heavy tractor system.
