Emissary Station is the replacement station for Deep Space 9, the long standing Bajoran/Starfleet starbase in the B'hava'el System, home of the planet Bajor and the Celestial Temple. Emissary Station is significantly larger than its predecessor, and built from the ground up to defend the Alpha Quadrant from any Gamma Quadrant enemies.

History

In 2455, Deep Space 9 suffered catastrophic structural failures, due to decades of patchwork, abuse during war times, and an initial Cardassian design that was never intended to last over a century.

In 2456, Deep Space 9 was replaced with Emissary Station.
