The Sutherland-class is an updated model of the older Nebula-class vessel. The Sutherland-class is designed as a multi-purpose vehicle, capable of a variety of mission assignments. Each vessel can be configured with a specific pod, or module, above the rear neck of the craft. Currently available modules include weapons, sensors, fighter bay, and medical pod.
