Uospians are a humanoid species native to the planet Uosp VI. They are Terran in appearance, but a medical scan will clearly show the internal differences. Many of their people were captured by the Qee and transported back to Qee space to serve as slave labour. Their planetary society is similar to that of Earth in the early 21st century. Although they do have FTL travel and trade with some of their neighbours. Most Uospians believe the Federation (or similar) transporter essentially kills the original being and makes a copy elsewhere. They will obviously not travel by transporter if they can help it.
