Chomqu' reports, "M class planet ahead."

Chandler nods then as she leans back. "And yeah....you only missed out on some of the fun." Grinning she then looks over Chomqu'. "All listed are places that either the Phoenix or an Aux craft was at. Or locations we need to head to maybe."

Chomqu' asks, "Permission to scan for lifesigns, sir."

Anewan mmss, "Only some of the fun," he turns to his console and looks at the navigation contacts as well.

Chandler licks her lips then nods. "Go for it, Ensign...."

Chomqu' reports, "Two Betazoids, one Bolian, and a mixture of non-Federation races. Voth?" He grumbles to himself and checks the computer. "A species encountered by USS Voyager. Reported descendants of the dinosaurs of Earth? Unlikely."

Anewan raises an eyebrow, "Voth?" he hmms. "All the way over here?"

Chandler licks her lips then nods. "Hmm....I wonder where the humans are then....." Sighing she leans back and nods. "And Voth? I would't discount it. After getting my.....behind almost served to me by a super human....I don't even doubt half of what I see anymore. Besides....they might have gotten caught up by the Qee too."

Chomqu' rechecks the results, "No humans detected on this planet, sir."

Anewan checks his console, "We are picking up the qee device loud and clear. This is the place," he pats himself on the back. "And Ensign Temple wasn't to get rid of them."

Chandler nods. "Yeah....I didn't think they'd stick oround...." Sighing she then rubs her neck. "Alright then. Let's put this ship in the cloaking orbit profile. We'll see what Lieutenant T'Shaav wants to do next."

[Helm Console: Incoming communications request from Nevabi]

Chandler looks down then tilts her head. "Nevabi is hailing us. Let's pick up the comms."

Anewan looks at his console and nods. "Picking it up now."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Opening communications channel from Nevabi - audio only.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Samar says in a heightened voice, "Callisto are you there?!"

Chandler blinks then nods. "Yes! It's Chandler. What's wrong?"

[Viewscreen (1827)] "Oh Sybil!", Samar says, rather informerly, "The Overlords, the Qee, they've learned the location of the resistance base. They are all in trouble. We need to help them. My Shirol is there."

Chandler blinks. "Your...." Then she stops and frowns. "Where are they, Samar?"

[Viewscreen (1827)] Samar takes a moment to collect herself. "We just got word, the Qee, somehow they've learned the location of where David and them are operating out of. Shirol went back, he said he would return with the others, but no one has returned yet. We heard the Qee maybe locked the pod there out of the system. You can go there, but can't leave. I don't know the coordinates."

Chomqu' nods, "A sound strategy. Make your enemy group together and trap them."

Chandler stops and stands up. "What do you mean David is there?!" There was almost panic in her voice. "Do we have a planet name? Anything?!"

Anewan rubs his chin thinking and looks around, "Someone has to go there with the Qee Device or send it by itself."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Samar shakes her head, "I don't." With only a moments thought she echoes Anewan's sentiment, "I'm going to go through. Track me if you can."

Chandler blinks as she hears Samar. "Wait!" She looks to Anewan then as she nods. "Lock on to that signal and make sure you have it." She then looks down to her console then as she grips it tightly. "Samar you can not just go there alone!" That's when she mutters in Spanish angrily.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Nevabi appears to vibrate before vanishing with a popping sound.
[Viewscreen (1827)] Connection from Nevabi lost; out of range.

Lieutenant T'Shaav arrives from Central Corridor - Main Deck.

Chandler looks over to Anewan. "Please tell me you have that signal."

Anewan works over his console, "Working on it now."

T'Shaav steps onto the bridge. "Report."

Chomqu' is unsure what all just happened, a lot of information was relayed in a very short period of time.

Chandler looks up to T'Shaav. "We're at the planet where Nevabi was. She got in touch with us but it seems that the Qee have found the headquarters of the Resistance....which is where some of the Antietam crew is." A beat. "She went through the pod to try to find them....so we can track them."

T'Shaav holds up a hand. "A moment. You are saying we have arrived at Nevabi's planet, but the Qee arrived first. Is there a Qee cruiser in orbit?"

Chandler shakes her head. "No. There's another planet they're at."

Chomqu' checks the contacts list, "Negative sir. No vessels in sensor range."

Anewan responds to Chandler, "I have it Lieutenant, but it is weak. We may need to use the Phoenix' sensors to get a better resolution."

"So then," the Vulcan catches up, "we arrived at Nevabi's planet, but she and the reistance are no longer there, and we are attempting to figure out just where they have all gone?"

Chandler nods. "Yeah...." Close enough. The tall Latina then looks over to Anewan than nods. "Do we at least have a direction to head? Meanwhile let's hail the phoenix to see if they can get a lock on it as well." Yup....she's totally not panicking. Nope. Not at all.

Chomqu' says, "My understanding of the situation sir. The resistance headquarters is elsewhere. The Qee have located it. Chief Petty Officer Nevabi has gone to that location. She also mentioned those there cannot leave, the pod only works one way."

T'Shaav says, "Tell me anything else Chief Nevabi said. Also, why can we not track the signal effectively? What is the problem there?"

[Helm Console: Incoming communications request from USS Phoenix NX-170100]

Anewan responds, "It must be distance sir," he reponds to T'shaav. "The Phoenix has sensors that can reach further. Incoming transmission from the Phoenix."

T'Shaav says, "onscreen"

Ki'Vek is monitoring her console.

Chandler pinches the bridge of her nose as she tries to calm herself but just throws her hands up. "That they found the headquarters, which is and has been on another planet, and they she was going there to find it so we can track and help them. Now the longer we go in these damn circles the longer it's going to take. So can we just track....clear....and go?" With that she just turns to the console and taps it quickly.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Opening communications channel from USS Phoenix NX-170100.

T'Shaav says, "Callisto here."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn is leaning over the tactical console when he addresses the viewscreen. "Callisto, can you explain to me why we're picking up the Qee beacon device about 18 light years from here?"

Chandler looks up from her console then. "The Qee have found the headquarters of the Resistance. David, Samar and others of the Antietam are there. Samar went there on her own so we could track her to find them. We need to help them before it's too late." Yeah she ain't got time for this.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn asks, "What are your current coordinates?"

Chandler looks back down to her console then. "I'm sending them over now, sir."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Lieutenant Commander Kadn taps something in on the computer interface panel. [Viewscreen (1827)] Lieutenant Commander Kadn enters an alert code on the nearest computer interface panel. [Viewscreen (1827)] A sultry woman's voice says, "Yellow Alert! All stations set condition yellow!"

Anewan raises both eyebrows now, "The callisto's sensors are not strong enough to get a resolution sir but yes. She went to the planet so that we can track her."

Ki'Vek has been tapping at her console, but she now stops and observes the conversation in progress.

T'Shaav speaks in a more measured tone. "Commander. We arrived at the planet where the chief was last known to be. I arrived on the bridge to learn of these latter developments. I understand that her beacon is so far away that we cannot track her from here and we request your assistance. I see you have altered your alert status. Are you tracking Qee vessels at your location, sir?"

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn nods to Anewan, "We have the coordinates of the beacon, or at least a heading Ensign. We can be there in 30 minutes. If the threat to the Antietam crew is eminent and viable. I see no choice but to head there ourselves." He address the helm to set course for the beacon. "Engage."

Coil arrives from Central Corridor - Main Deck.

The bridge of Callisto is fully manned, and they appear to be talking with Phoenix on screen. Just now T'Shaav puts in a question. "Since you are going there yourselves, Commander, do you wish us to stand by, rendezvous with you there, or do something else?"

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says to T'Shaav, "Are there any other Federation lifesigns on the planet you are at?"

Ki'Vek cuts in. "Sirs, lifesigns on Thiitania IV show Federation signatures."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn adds, "And best you wait there, in case anyone from the resistance tries to get there."

Chandler purses her lips as she stays standing, gripping her console she licks her lips a bit nods. "We did detect some Federation life signs down below as well....as well as a Voth as well as the normal unidentified and the like."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says to tactical, "Deploy armor."

Anewan adds, "It should be noted that the transport pod on the other planet has been deactivated. People can get there, but they can't get out."

T'Shaav says, "Commander, given all these data, I propose that we proceed with our mission here as normal and transport to the surface as we normally would. Pending your own findings."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "I want to see what we find here first. If there is a swarm of Qee ships we could be in trouble. But ready your landing party."

Chandler stays quiet for now as she stays in her spot.

T'Shaav turns to Chandler. "You will be leading the innitial landing."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn nods to Anewan, "Thank you Ensign."

Chandler pinches her nose than nods. "Yes sir." Internally....she's screaming.....a lot....and most of it curse words.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "Looks like a trinary system, within a nebula. We might get some cover here."

"Provided it's not corrosive or hazardous," Kellen comments.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn nods, "It's too far out to get an accurate reading yet."

T'Shaav says, "As you might say, Commander, just ... be careful." Worried? No. Concerned? ..."

Ki'Vek shifts her coils to a slightly different configuration. She must be getting comfortable.

Chomqu' asks, "Sir, should we power down the engines to conserve fuel?"

T'Shaav says, "We have not done so? Orbit cloak profile."

Chandler shrugs. "I had ordered but I think no one got to it."

Ki'Vek makes the adjustments. "Power allocation set, Sir," she reports.

Anewan takes a breath and sighs, "Can we localize the lifesigns? Or are they all over?"

Kellen glances around the bridge as he says, "Unless there's been some revelations about the Qee homeworld that I'm not aware of, I've been thinking about their atypical propulsion system, Commander and how they came about creating it, though still not sure on how it works just yet."

[Viewscreen (1827)] "Oh?", Kadn asks, "What are your thoughts?" he nods to helm to stay steady on course.

T'Shaav nods to Chandler and speaks to her. "Lieutenant, I want to review Nevabi's transmission. Landing party at your discretion, standard undercover procedures, after Phoenix gets where it is going. Until you go, you have the bridge.

Chandler nods to T'Shaav as she finally sits back down in her seat.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn hmms, "No other ships on sensors, but we are a few minutes out still. They too might be camouflaged by the nebula."

"I'm considering two possibilities, sir," Kellen says. "And they may be a combination of the two. First possibility is a strong gravity field--that would prevent traditional rockets and propulsion systems to be difficult or even pointless. Second possibility is an extra dense atmosphere, which would similarly make fast atmospheric travel to be difficult or pointless."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn hmms, "The Qee are a tall race, or at least the ones we have seen. Would that be typical of a planet with a higher gravity?"

Kellen shakes his head, "Not of a native of the planet, no. But most races end up taller when outside of their normal gravity field, leaving only those still subjected to that gravity field remaining a typical height. It does make gravity unlikely, but I can't rule it out."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "We've entered Qee territory, nearly into the nebula."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Tactical reports, "New contact sir, Qee vessel. It's just sitting there. No, it jumped."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "Standby Callisto"

Chandler nods as she leans back. "Yes sir."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Connection from USS Phoenix NX-170100 terminated.

Chomqu' says, "Contact with the Phoenix lost, sir."

Anewan looks around the bridge, "The Phoenix can handle herself right?"

Coil goes Out.

Chandler blinks as she sees the connection was lost then. "Uh....." She looks around then as she sits back up. "Give them a moment and then try to hail them....." Looking to Anewan she smiles and nods. "Yeah....especially with Kadn on board."

Lieutenant T'Shaav goes Out.

Chomqu' locks up his console, "Sir, permission to go below deck and get ready for the away mission."

Chandler nods to Chomqu'. "Permission granted."

[Helm Console: Incoming communications request from USS Phoenix NX-170100]

Anewan says, "Incoming communication from the Phoenix."

Chandler exhales then looks over to Anewan. She's contemplating since....well....they just disconnected. Looking to her console she nods then smiles. "Connect please."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Opening communications channel from USS Phoenix NX-170100.

Chandler looks up. "Callisto here, sir."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "Sorry about that, we lost the viewscreen feed when we entered the nebula, and it wasn't a priority to get it back up until now."

Chandler nods then. "Of course sir." Then she sits up a bit more. "Any word?"

Ensign Chomqu' goes Out.

The door leading to Out swooshes closed.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn reports, "The armor is very effective against Qee weaponry. The single ship didn't stand a chance against us. But I suspect they will send more. This planet won't be around much longer, if the Qee follow their usual tactics."

Chandler nods then as she takes a deep breath. "So those below on the planet?"

Anewan simply just watches the screen.

Ki'Vek runs diagnostics on the impulse engines while they're powered down. She also continues to observe the conversation on the screen.

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "I may have overstepped a little, but I didn't want to mess around. All 224 inhabitants of the planet have been beamed aboard. They're being checked for any medical issues, and verifying who is who. Some of them may have found the transport a bit of a shock. Hopefully we didn't bring aboard any spies."

[Viewscreen (1827)] >Intercom< EMH says, "Sickbay to stardrive medical unit, standby to receive patient transfers."

Chandler exhales a bit as she nods. "Oh thank god...." She lets out a deep breath than nods. "I would have done the same. I'm tired of seeing these people just being.....slaughtered with disregard...."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn nods, "Well if it was a few thousand, that would have been a different matter. We'll keep you posted on any developments, for now, we're going to stay here in the nebula. It's good cover, and no further from you I don't think than where we were before."

Anewan nods with satisfcation, "Nevabi was among them?"

Ki'Vek glances up, but returns to her diagnostics.

Chandler waits as well. "And David? Oh and Shirol?"

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn says, "I don't have specifics. Chief Nevabi, well actually, the Qee beacon is aboard, I'm assuming it was still in possession of the Chief. Several humans, and several species I don't recognize. Once we have soem specifics, I'll let you know." He nods to the ops officer as he's given an update, "Speaking of, Chief Nevabi is aboard. She's staying down with the others, working as a liaison with some of the Antietam crew." he sighs, "I could use Tink here, but we'll manage for now. What's your status?"

Chandler exhales a bit as she nods then. "Oh! Good to know." A beat. "And we're holding here. I was going to gather the away team then head done once we heard back from you guys."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn nods, "Sounds good. Let us know what you find and we'll do the same. Until then, unless there was anything else?"

Anewan says, "The Qee are going to notice the missing people right?"

"And their missing ship," the Selay suggests.

Chandler shakes her head a bit then as she smiles. "No sir. Just glad everything was okay." At that she nods. "I'm sure they will figure something out. After we check stuff out....we'll let you know and figure out the best course of action."

[Viewscreen (1827)] Kadn nods, "Undoubtedly. But necessary. This may change how we operate. We will have to play it by ear. On that note, be careful out there. Phoenix out."
